misplacing of suitcase

my suitcase of grey colour is misplaced at the airport on the flight G8 223 on 22/11/2010 from delhi to indore at 7 pm by the name sk narang tag no of suitcase is 0000315647 pmi no is G8/GAOL02

GoAir - cheated me by not refunding the full fare

I have one of the worst experience with GoAir.

On 4th April 2008, I have booked two tickets for Bangalore to Ahmadabad to travel on 3rd of July. I had booked the ticked online and got the confirmation too.

now after 15 days (on 17th April 2008) I have got a SMS saying

MAM/SIR, G8194 FRM BLR 3 JUL IS CANCELLED DUE 2 ISSUES BEYOND CNTRL OF THE AIRLINE. WE RGRET INCNVENENCE.CALL 1800222111/09223222111.RGRDS GOAIR.

Next day (18th April 2008) I called up to goair customer care and they said sorry sir your flight has been canceled and we will refund you the full amount (5308/-) to the same credit card you have used to book the ticked.

Now today (24th April 2008) I have received an email saying
We would like to inform that we have refunded the credit amount for your PNR number ALCPT5 . The amount refunded is Rs 5050 and the bank reference number is 53221290. The same should reflect in your credit card account in 3working days.

This is just ridicules... I had to pay extra money to other airlines to book my new tickets and above all - GoAir has refunded only the partial amount though they have committed to refund full amount.
