I was in your store on March 23 at 8pm. I wanted to order three drinks and I was told they already cleaned the containers and I told him it was only 8pm and could he please make them, he finally agreed after alot of begging but made them wrong and told me that i should just take them the way they are. I was very upset but because I had my daughter with me I didnt make a big deal about it. this is one of many times i went in at 8pm to get a cold drink after work and was told it was too late. I thought you closed at 9pm not 8pm. I go to your store alot with my daughter because she loves your drinks and i give them to her as a reward for being good. I want to keep going to your store but your night time staff are not helpful at all. I am very upset about this and wanted to let you know what is going on in your store in the Boca Mall.
