Dear sir/madam
We had purchased a semi automatic washing machine from Godrej on 27th May'10. While the demo given by the engineer, the water leakage problem was found out. But showing our level of decency, we opted for rectification instead of replacement. Since then we are constantly reminding the customer care people of our complaint(complaint no. being 712697), and every time we are given all vague excuses. With this kind of customer dealing will the Godrej be able to win the goodwill of consumers and in this competitive market???
