I am Complainting you regarding the services towards the customers.I have taken an new refregirator with the exchange offer by giving by ol freez.The Executive has said that he will be coming for the demo of the refregirator, but since 15 days i am calling him and he is not responding to regarding that.The Sales man Code is 38 and the Name of the Exeutive is 'Narsimha'.The usage of the refregirator is don't know for us, As i am throughing all vegetables since 1 week.As i am not using it.simply i have buyed and keept it aside.Please take a proper action anthis complaint.Even then i did not get any reply from on this it would be very serious.
