They sent a plumber with 30+ yrs experience. I was being the extra hand when needed. He set the acrylic tub in place with my help. I made no decisions on how it would be installed be cause i am not a plumber. Otherwise why would I call a plumber and spend $2000.00+ to have it done right? First time he installed it he decided nothing was needed under thetub to stabilize it. It started to creek because nothing was under it. So he came back out and tried to fix it again with no support underneath the tub. When setting a tub you use mortar to stabilize underneath so the tub doesn't flex when you stand in it. Now we are faced with a cracking tub and it gets worse every day. And Godwin won't do anything to correct their mistake unless I pay for the work. A plumber with 30+ yrs. experience you would think would now how to set a tub right.
