On June 25th, 2005 I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses from gogetglasses.com and paid for priority shipping which has guaranteed to be shipped with 2-3 days from order date for a total of $126.99. The order wasn't shipped until 6 days after the order date.
Once the sunglasses arrived I opened them up to find a crack in one of the lenses.
I emailed customer service and they instructed me to send it back.
After I sent it back they only credit me back $90.75.
Their published policy states a refund will be given if there is a defect yet they still charged me a 25% restocking fee.
Josh from customer service only responded to me emails with short vague answers. His last email said the glasses were not cracked in which he was completely wrong or else I would not of returned them.
Dealing with this company was an horrible experience throughout the entire process (shipping, delivery, product, and especially customer service).
They do not publish a phone number, just an email address in which response is poor.
Do not buy from here! Go somewhere reputable!
