On the 28, 28, 30 of Sep i was debited with R500(R1500.00)The 30 Sep i contacted Michelle to explain my problem as i was also cgarged R150 for two debit orders that was returned.Michelle promised me she will sort the problem out which never happened.On the 09 Oct i contacted Michelle again an she promised that Martin will do the payment that friday wich never happened.I then contacted Michelle again the 13 October an she promised me that the payment was done the friday as promised an she will go see Martin to get the proof of payment an contact me back, i had to call Michelle again the afternoon which she told me she cant get hold of Martin as he is in a metting with the CEO an she will conact me back when she gets hold of martin.I had to call back 2day the 14 Oct an requested to speak to henk her boss an he advised me that the payment was only done yesterday an not last week friday.He didnt even apologise on her behave nothing.What about my R150 i was charged by the bank, now i have to beg my insurance to to cancel my policy.Im so mad at this moment an i think im going to take this further.
