No response
Good day,
I have still had no response from Goggaconnect. I have in writing given notice of termination of contract. According to Debbie, this period is subject to 30 days. I have not even received confirmation of receipt, nor any other attempt to assist with sorting out the account. I have subsequently signed a contract with another service provider; hence can without conviction state that I have not logged onto either the e-mail or internet account of Goggaconnect. I trust therefore that i shall not be in for a surprise when I receive my bank statement at month end.
Goggaconnect, kindly resolve as soon as possible.

Service delivery & account
I'm quering the account. Gogga is currently experiencing problems with Vodacom. As a result; I am unable to connect to even access my e-mail. If I'm unable to access my e-mail because I cannot connect via vodafone; it's obvious that I experience the same problem with logging onto the internet because I have to be on line to get e-mail. I'm quering the accounts of the past few months. According to me, I should only be billed for standard fee. Also, I've not signed up for itemized billing and now that apparently is one of the billing items. I fail to understand why Gogga cannot see the logic. How can I get an astronimical bill when I could not connect? Why is the onus of proof on me? How am I supposed to respond when I'm supposed to get an itemized bill which I haven't received (can't connect)? What about customer service? Why did I have to phone; the least they could do, is respond. I am herewith also requesting, very publicly that I'm serving notice to withdraw from this service. Thanks, Regards, Toni
