These people should be thrown in jail!

they debited my credit card WITHOUT ever receiving a contract in violation of Florida law. Did not respond to my phone calls or complaint filed with the West Florida BBB ("F" rating) When a complaint was filed with Fla. dept of consumer services they did refund less than half of the $899 paid to them. They wanted this to be a full settlement to make the complaint go away. I cashed their check and told them to send the rest.they refused. now they are facing the attorney general. i hope they are put out of business.

They will tell you that your unit is worth way more than what it is and if another co. sells your timeshare your money will then be refunded. they know damn well that it will never sell for any price even close. and don't fall for the " we got hundreds of rich overseas buyers just looking for timeshares in the states." And the " we got our largest presentation of the season coming up this week so let us get your timeshare listed now" This company preys on those who they know are desprate to sell. These people have no consceince.
