Since two days I have been constantly contacted and reminded to take the 40 minute drive up to Golden Palms for a supposed look at the place and a complimentary dinner with the family. Being a member of a quite a few clubs and resorts I decided to take the trip last night on invitation from their marketing team member Mr. Vinod.

This was the WORST experience of my lifetime!!! The team member appointed to us had very little patience to answer my simple questions and preferred to stick to a pre-planned SPEECH. The manager who met us was the most RUDE person I have ever met!

Although we were told the "Presentation" would last max. 90mts. we were made to undergo a THREE HOUR presentation half of which we were FORCED to WALK all around the hotel. I was completely TIRED out and FRUSTRATED with their atrocities! Even though I was interested in viewing particular aspects of the hotel I was not allowed to and things which I had no interest in were made the main object of the trip. We were even made to view bathrooms, like that was the focus of our trip. We got stuck in the elevator and even the alarm bell did not work!!

At the end of three hors of being scurried back and forth I put my foot down and said no more of this nonsense, end the presentation now and tell me what is the membership cost. The crazy part is I was not even given a figure but I was further invited for another discussion with the insolent marketing team manager!!!

I had enough, I had TO WALK OUT skipping their "free" DINNER (all I got was free torture) for the sake of my sanity and went back home hungry, late and dog tired.

Never set foot in the CRAZY PLACE WHOSE MARKETING TEAM GAVE FOR "FREE" ONLY TEARS OF FRUSTRATION AND HUMILIATION FOR BEING PUT THROUGH THIS DEMEANING PROCESS WHICH THEY CALL A PRESENTATION!
