A few days ago I went to a tanning salon. I had called around trying to find the best priced package I could, and I found a place near my house that offered 20 sessions for $20. My friend and I went in the first night, and the girl working there was pregnant. I know you shouldn't tan while pregnant, but is it even okay to be pregnant and work at a tanning salon? Anyway, the girl was really rude, but since we were new clients, we got a free tan. It was nice, it looked clean. I went back the next day, and went in my room and there was no towel, no big deal, I never used it anyway, and the "this bed has been cleaned" sign was on the chair next to the bed. Now I realize that I was stupid for not walking out there and making sure my bed was clean. But I was used to tanning in a tiny tanning salon where I would see the girl cleaning my bed and she wouldn't put the sign on the bed. The next day I get a phone call from the manager who then proceeded to tell me that I changed my tampon in the room and stole their towel. First of all, I would never tan on my period, I think its gross. Second, she handled the whole situation all wrong. I'm almost positive that my bed wasn't cleaned. When I expressed my concern to the manager, she told me that every bed is checked by two people to make sure it is clean. I only saw one person working there both nights I went there. She never even considered that her employees could have done something wrong.

I am completely frustrated and disgusted with Golden Touch.
