I should have guessed the minute I received the phone call from reservations, this is the worst ever vacation that I had.
I decided to take some time off to write this to help fellow consumers, smart consumers who will do their research before making a commitment.
Here goes..

1) The rooms were FILTHY, run down and EXTREMELY FILTHY
a) Checked in with left over party balloons everywhere.
b) Hangers and raffia strings all over the bed room
c) Bathroom choked with hair
d) something sharp sticking out of the bathroom tile, cut my 5 year old nephew and myself!

2) Staffs were VERY RUDE.
a) Was told to pay for things which the website claim to be available "upon request"
b) Staffs were speaking in foreign language to each other for A LONG TIME, before attending to guests who stood there waiting!

3) Security, BAD!!!
a) I lost my RENTED BBQ pit on day 2 of my stay. Reported to a security and was told "What you want me to do? this resort is so big and there are so many people"
b) Fences are not secure, though the lock the gates at 12am, but what is the point when anyone can climb over or through the fences?

Unsuprisingly, there is no reply to my official complain which i lodge through their website till date.

In Summary, DON'T GO THERE.
It's relatively more expensive than other resorts / chalet available in Singapore, and with such environment, security, RUDE staffs, it will kill your holiday.
Trust me on this one!
