I just purchased a used car from Goldstar 30 days ago. Well, let's just say the past 30 days has been a living hell. I took the car back 4 times to be repaired in less than 2 weeks. The problems was not repaired they lied and said the mechanic fixed everything...WRONG!!! The radiator was filled with water since I bought it, I live an hour away. The car overheated 15 mins from driving it off the lot. they told us to leave the car catch a ride home and they'll have it tow by morning. So the owner finally said ok we will have it repaired, if you drive it one week after that and the car break down, we will let you choose any car off the lot. Just three days later it was smoking, choking, and fire hot. So I called back, they have caller Id, so no one answered, I hung up 3 seconds later used my friend's phone...BAM busted! They answered. So I call to state the problem and they say bring it back, they give me a small 4 doors Acura with black illegal tint on the windows as a loaner till its fixed. Then I wait for them to call me back they usually get a call from me first but this time I'm worried. Well they lost the only keys to the car. I had to go to the dealer to get the key made... oh they paid me back, but then told me they could not give my another car off the lot because the deal for the loan had been finalized 3days prior to picking up the car. Well they agreed to pay the first month but caught amnesia when it was due. I only had the car 30 days but 2 days ago the engine went dead before my second payment even exists. I have no idea what to do when I am a single mom of 3 kids, and not to mention disabled.
