I bought a seatbelt product from this terrible company, and they sent me a product that didn't work and was the wrong color. The transaction was done with paypal.

I have been continually trying to email the seller via the customer service email address, customer service portal and via the paypal website. After a week of being completely ignored, I am disputing the payment on paypal. The seatbelt extender I purchased on your website was supposed to be "smoke colored" but came as the black model. Furthermore, I bought a type 2 version from your site that is listed as working with Honda pilots. However, it does not work with my 2008 honda pilot, making it completely unusable. I would like to send this back for a full refund less shipping (as posted on your website). Your attention to this matter is appreciated.

I have tried to contact the seller via their customer service portal on their website 3 times, emailed their customer service address twice (email just bounces back as if it doesn't exist) and emailed the address used here on PayPal. Even after posting the dispute, the seller still refuses to communicate on any of these levels. Mean while, the company asked me to send the seatbelt back to them in the original packaging with the same postage. I should have been smarter about it and used tracking, but I did not. They lied to paypal and said that I bought the item through someone else (even though they clearly took the money on paypal, through their account). They lied and said they never received it, however I got this amazing email back from them directly. (note, paypal will not review emails as evidence, so these were ignored):
