On June 6, 2008, I ordered Item PCH-1773, a SS tap shoe charm; item Xs5ch073/18, an 18" SS box chain necklace, and with the purchase, because I ordered 2 items, I was to receive order F, YSRP140029, a free ring. My purchase price was $19.26, with $7.98 shipping and handling, totalling $27.24, and this was charged to my credit card and I received a print out showing the payment had cleared. My order # is 154785212.
I conacted the company by email, on the gonnaluvit website, at the end of July when I had not recieved the order. There was never any response. I have now tried to contact them again, and there was not option to send an email.
Could you please let me know how I should handle this to get my money back. It appears, upon researching this company, that I am not the only person who has not received their order.
