Had this company come out and look at my rv ac. when my wife called to get price he stated $ 75.00 for service call, so we agreed, a worker came out looked at it and stated thermostat was bad, he did not have part and would have to get it in morning, but there would be another service charge to come out again, i told them that wasnt going to happen, so we settled bill well thats when i found out he also charges service plus $ 85.00 per hr which was never said when we called, the worker stated that he would call office because sometimes they make diffrent agreements, well the boss said he told about the additional charge but guess what he did not, he stated that the insurance should pay it though i did not agree, so i paid bill and will never use this service again.
