Dishonest Pricing Promises
After multiple rounds of emails with a written drive out price, to ensure they would price match the 2 other offers we had on the table (they supposedly guarantee that they will NOT be undersold and will save you an additional 5% of the difference), we drove 3 hours from Austin, TX, to Irving, TX, to have them tell us they just couldn't do it.
The sales manager walked out, and said he can't sell it at the price his sales representative promised us in email.
I don't understand how you stay in business not acting in good faith to clients - especially with strings of email as proof. I call that LYING and a waste of my time. I left an UNSATISFIED buyer.

Service
Service department told me I had a broken motor mount and a broken transmission mount. Cost to repair was about $1, 000. I smelled a rat because the car was running smooth as ever, so I took it to another repair shop where two mechanics inspected the mounts in question. Neither mount was broken as Goodson stated in an email to me. This is the 2nd time they told me these mounts were broken and needed replacement.
Previous service they replaced parts in an electric window that cost $600, and then "lost" the old parts that I had asked for in return. I believe the window had a $2 part that was broken and they charged me $600 for parts they didn't replace. (I can't prove that one though). That was the first time I had a feeling that I was being "had" for service overcharges. I have told the dealer that I won't return because of this and they have lost all my future business and referrals.
