I have been trying to get Goodwill Cargo to send my freight from Qatar to NZ for over 2 months. <br />

I checked the quote the company had given me 4 times (this includes the day they collected and weighed my boxes), it was always consistent and this is what I budgeted for. Now I return from travelling to find they won't send it unless I pay them more. So, I have no choice but to pay them. However, they say they don't have the facilities to process a credit card payment and they won't send me their bank details (although they keep saying they will).<br />

I have sent many emails- most of which they ignore and am spending a fortune on international phone calls. They never return phone calls if a message is left. They have never apologised or admitted that they have made a mistake in any of this process, they just say that if I don't pay the extra I can't have my belongings.<br />

I am frustrated and angry but seem to have no recourse. I will have to continue dealing with these horrible people until (hopefully) I receive my belongings. <br />
