I took my Volvo in for an estimate at this location. When they called me to tell me what was wrong, I got the sense they didn't really know what they were talking about. I wanted to take my car to my hometown to get it fixed by someone I trusted but wanted to make sure it was safe to get there (2 hour drive). Goodyear told me I should be safe to drive the distance. A day later, an ambulance came up behind me so I tried to turn down another street and when turning, my car shut completely off- I almost hit a jogger AND went into the lake.

Honestly, if a company doesn't know how to fix a certain kind of car- tell the customer to take it somewhere else! I almost died AND almost killed someone.
