Contacted customer service rep for online access when I was out of town, was given wrong address, previously before this I had made an online payment (after having to change my password from lack of being able to gain access to online account) made payment, and had a $35.00 late charge added to my account because I did not receive a return email from them saying I had made payment. When contacting customer service they had record of password change, but no record of payment- a great way to get an extra $35.00 from many customers.
