Thought I was dealing with Google but obviously wasn't. Initially I had a $3.24 charge which I was aware of but then 8 days later a second charge was applied to my credit card for $87.23. I was called by this company 2 days after the initial sign up for the information and I told her after reading it I wasn't interested so please remove me from the program. To me that was cancellation however of course it wasn't.
Today when I called them they told me they couldn't refund me now but I would have to call and speak with billing. But the billing system of course was having technical difficulties and they couldn't give me a number for them I would have to call back tomorrow. I did get an email cancellation from them this time which my credit card company will accept if they try and put through anymore payments. However I think I will ask the credit card company to issue me a new card so they can't even try.
