Google has once again taken my money. I submitted a complaint on this site in March of 2010 regarding Google dropping me from adsense with no legitimate cause. Now Google has charged me for adword services I did not request. They refuse to refund the money and will not let me talk to a supervisor. I live in a community near one of Google's offices and I am well aware of the company's collective arrogance, however this treatment is unfair and unethical. I realize this complaint, like my last, will likely fall on deaf ears, but I feel the need to let people know what they're getting into when dealing with Google. I will use other search engines now and I am cancelling my gmail account. I am done with this company. The fact that I could not even discuss my problem with a supervisor proves the arrogance that exists at this company.
