I signed up for a Google CD kit, authorizing a one time $1.97 charge for shipping on 5/8. Afterwards, i changed my mind. I called the "company" first thing in the morning on 5/9 to cancel the transaction. The man assurred me that the transaction was cancelled & I would never be billed or have anything shipped to me. I called again later in the week to confirm that it was cancelled. On 7/18, I noticed that they had charged my card $72.21 on 7/15. I immediately called and was told that I did not have an account with them & my funds would be credited back to me immediately. I have called numerous times and sent daily emails, forwarding my cancellation email to them. Each person I have spoken with assures me that I will be refunded, but they lie. I have been trying to get my money back for weeks . I never received anything from them and cancelled the original $1.97 transaction within hours of making it, yet they fraudulently charged me 2 months AFTER the cancellation. Despite being told by at least 6 "employees" that it would be refunded, I still have not received my funds back. I plan to take this to whatever lengths necessary to recover my money. These crooks need to be stopped & prosecuted.
