I got suckered into the $1.97 CD, never did receive it, then started to see a number of charges on my credit card for google chest and 5 other companies - to the tune of over $480 some.
Called the bank to ask that charges be rescinded, was given contact #'s for these companies. Google chest - Etax hotline - product resource network - blazing words - grant masters - online search help - they are all related.
Was told google chest gives out my credit card number to all these other companies. Called those numbers last night and the same recorded voice answers for all of the companies - find out today they are based in the Philippines. Called them all today and was given a very hard time trying to get it out of them that no more charges would incur and/or to get a reference # from them. And, they deny they are all associated. No response to the google chest #, no longer in existance. Called credit card company back to cancel the card. They are cancelling all charges and sending information aboiut this scam to their investigation board. They are damn well aware of these scam charges, still want my business so are sending me a new card. I refuse to pay these charges on my credit card. BEWARE!!! and don't be a fool for these stupid offers on the internet!

I have unauthorised charge on my credit card of $72.97 from Google Chest! I do not know who this company is and have tried to contact the number that is on my statement and it belongs to something called Fleet and they give me a number which goes to Bank of America! I have had no results getting in touch with whoever this company is. My credit card has contacted me and are investigating who and what this charge is about, thank goodness for the card company.

I just decided to go look at the activity in my bank account and found an unauthorized charge from Google Chest, What is this?, and who are these people and how did they get my number? I did not sign up for any memberships. I am not going to say please to put it back. You know what you did wrong. why don't you go out and get a real job instead of taking everyones money with out permission. You are worse than some people living on the street at least they are nice enough to ask for the money. You took it with out permission. That is called STEALING, I don't care how you justify it, It is STEALING!!! Put the money back into all of our accounts where you found it. You knew how to take it out. So I think that you know how to put back.

I received my credit card statement and found a 83.75 charge on it which I didn't reconized, I call the phone number list on my statement and I asked which company I was calling the girl did not tell me, she asked why I was calling I explain to her about the charge and after several question she told me that it was for some cd I order on the net. I told her I didn't order any cd's nor did I receive any cd's, she then asked me what I wanted to do so I told her I would like for her to cancel my information and I would like to get a refund, she gave me a cancellation number 061109-9013394 and told me it will take 7-10 business days this was on June 11/09 so I am waiting to see what will happen.
