I'm so mad! I'm a stay at home mom looking for a little additional income, I signed up to recieve my $1.97 google start up kit (which I haven't got yet) and 5 days later a huge charge of $72.21 appears on my statement! I don't appreciate strangers helping themselves to what belongs to my children. There was no fine print stating that this would happen. I did call 888-256-1248 and they said that they would refund the $ in 7-10 business days, we will see. If not I will keep on them. How can they just do that w/o notifying you? I tried asking the customer service rep, I got BS and they said it was taken by google? WHATEVER!

I received my bank statement today and found a charge for $38.84 taken from my checking account. I called the 888 number that was listed and of course got stuck talking to someone that could speak hardly any english. I asked for a supv. and finally got someone else that of course could speak hardly any english either. They kept telling me that I signed up for some website money tree scam. When I told them that I have never signed up for anything like that, they tried to tell me that my 4 yr old son must have done this. I told them I want my money back today as they stold from me, and in this country that is illegal. They told me that since I had signed up for it and because I didn't read the fine print I could still get my money back since it was within the 7day grace period. They could never tell me what the website was however. Now they are telling me that they put a refund request in for me and that in 7 - 10 days I should be getting this refund. Not good enough for me - it only took them one day to get my money, so why should I have to wait to get the money back?? I strongly suggest that you don't go into this website - wish I could tell you what the website is exactly but since these people that steal money can't tell you the name of the website...

I thought about trying a google make money kit, which is $2 for shipping and 15 day free trial. The kit takes longer than 15 days to ship and I received no letter or email to log-on to the website. Then I got charged $38.84. I call 800-794-0648 and demanded a refund and cancelled the service today. They told me it takes 7-10 days to post the refund depending on the bank. If it works for me, it might help ya'll get your money back. WARNING: DO NOT FALL FOR THE GOOGLE MONEY KIT SCAM.

This google chest thing is stealing peoples monies direct from their accounts. I was hit for $72.00 for a disk advertised for $1.50 (est.). The disk dont work and they are still taking my money. I called their # and it sais to call durring buisness hours and doesnt even explain the hours it just hangs up. w.t.f. is up google, they got your name, yall better get on that before you get wound up in it. Whoever is involved in this is gonna get us upset enough to hunt yall down. screw that c.e.o. federal punishment with a slap on the rist. I wanna know who's gonna get us our money back plus interest and suffuring (thats poeples livelyhood yall messin with), some people cant even eat because of you...

On May 17th and again on May 19 I was charged $72.12 b y these crooks. After contacting them, they said they MIGHT be able to refund PART of the money...but it would take them 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS! In less than 48 hours they took $144.42 from my cheking account. And they are now refusing to return what they have stolen from me!!

A good attorney needs to get on this! Aren't there laws against stealing in America?
