i am sorry, but my english are not so good, anyway my complain is that in google earth (maps) they appear a greek island named:(Symi)as it is turkish!this is not wright at all and i can not imagine how could this happend?

I was under the impression that I was signing up for 3 year membership for around 13.00 but after the download I found out that they were charging me 64.00, and it wasn't what I thought it was. I also thought I had 7 days to cancel, but everytime I e-mail them to cancel, they return with their "legetimate" charges, excuses, or instruction on how to use. What a scam. I am also disable and on a limited income, shame on them.

I have paid for google earth U.S $64.00. My user name and password are exactly the same as other complainants. I don't believe that there is any such website.I intend to cancel my visa transaction because I suspect fraud.76f55

Paid £34.72 UKP for:- 3years membership & 2 Extra Feeatures for Google Earth. I gave them full details of my credit card.
I was given a User name & a Password and I then downloaded as directed. The download was useless rubbish
but it did show an earth in full colours and part of a control panel.
I have made multiple attempts to contact this company
and even offered to accept a CD/DVD version via additional
payment but have rcvd no response whatsoever. Their Website does not help and their phone number unreachable.
