I ordered a $1.95 CD from EZ Internet Income and didn't receive anything. My credit card was charged the $1.95 and $39.90 in Aug & again in Sep. I called the number that was listed on my credit card statement, spoke with a VALARIE HIGGINS, and was told they do not process refunds. I asked for the names of the people in the chain of command and a physical address and was given the name APRIL ROGERS, supervisor; ANDREA VELLOFARIO, manager. VALARIE HIGGINS refused to give me a physical address other than LAS VEGAS NEVADA. I told them I didn't receive the information I requested and was told they would only credit the last charge. I told them they were not providing the service that I ordered and wanted a credit for all charges to my credit card. I was again told they don't process refunds. Again I explained that I in good faith ordered a CD and hadn't received it and that I am not satisfied with their service and VALARIE HIGGINS told me someone would call me within 24 hours and hung up on me. I haven't rec'd a call nor has my credit card been credited for any of the charges. I have sent a letter of dispute to my credit card company. I am still trying to locate an address & officials of this company. I want my money back.
