Back in late October I heard about a website that had a "make money at home" plan for $2.95. I signed up to give it a try. The same evening after reading all of the plans details, I decided I wasn't interested. The website said I had a week to cancel with no obligation or monetary penalty. I called the customer service number the very next morning and cancelled. However, when my next credit card statement came in the mail I found that they had not refunded my initial $2.95 but also had charged me another $79.86. I have been trying for more than a month to get the charge reversed to no avail. This is a HUGE SCAM !! No one at the phone number listed on the bill will help me out and my credit card company won't do anything unless I can show them the website cancellation policies (which I can't find because after I cancelled the thing on the first day---I deleted the website from my Favorites tool bar). If anyone has any info that could help me, I would be greatly appreciative.
Beware !!!
