Hacked and wont return my email

My Face Book account was hacked using my gmail email address and Google WILL NOT LET ME HAVE IT BACK!!! I have had this email address for 7 or 8 years and cannot remember THE SECURITY QUESTION AND THE ANSWER!! So they will not give my gmail back to me no matter what!! My LIFE is in that email account!! I am unemployed and all work search is in there and all contacts!! I dont care about the Face Book account but desperately need my email returned to me!!! That email address is on all of my resumes!! This is just so devastating I dont know what to do!!! You cannot contact them at all!!

No one to complain to!

Just started a GMail account. They offer a wonderful service that supposedly copies your e-mails and contacts from another e-mail account into your new GMail account. What they don't tell you is that there is no way to stop it! It is importing all the mail from my other account and leaving no copies of it there. My old inbox consistently says 0/0, and all my mail is forwarded to the GMail address.

I have searched all over my account settings and tech support for GMail, and there is no telephone number or e-mail address for help. The best you can do is post a message on their help forums and hope to get a response. I posted a message today and noticed that there were at least 6 other messages with the same problem, and no answers to any of them.

So that is the second part of my complaint—no one at GMail that you can ask for help—anywhere!
