I have become a victim of Pacific Webworks, Inc. - Google Home Business Kit. I tried to cancel my membership but they won't honor my requests and they won't answer their phone lines. I have found tons of complaints from consumers like me who have been duped, robbed and the only way to stop it is to close checking and credit card accounts. To Whom It May Concern:

I sent you an email a few weeks ago requesting cancellation and my request was never attended. I contacted my bank to find out what my account balance was and I got slapped with overdraft fee with a charge from your agency. You are not honoring my membership cancelation request and I demand a refund. I have filed a claim with my bank to investigate because these deductions were made without my authorization.

Below is the information that I have regarding this account and I ask for your full cooperation to this delicate matter. I am a consumer and there are laws that protect us from unethical, fraudulant vendors. Please look into your records.

I do not want this account to be active. I have called your number but it either has a fax ring and when it does have a phone ring, no one answers and when it answers, it's a message that says "Call back during business hours."

When I spoke to the bank, I was told there were a lot of complaints that your company was scamming people. Considering these hard times for everyone, I was shocked, stunned, lost for words to find hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of complaints from consumers like me that have been taken advantage of and victimized by your terrible business practices of stealing from people.

The BBB has hundreds of complaints on file for your malpractices and it's just awful to see such disgust and sadly, it looks like I am also a victim since you are not cooperating. Thankfully the bank knows of your scam and they are going to investigate to shut you down. You may pick on the little people but I have filed a complaint with my bank, Bank of America and they are not so little like me and they will find you and file charges!

I expect a response. If I don't then I'll know you are just cheap thieves, thugs taking advantage of people.
