XMHealth&Beauty said they have a term stating within 5 days you have to cancel or they will charge that amount. At first the site said 1 dollar. BTW. Their name is no where on the site that I've seen.
After ordering it on the 20th I never received the product. I noticed a charge on my bank account for 84.45 I Called them 3 times, waited on hold first time over an hour no answer on 8/25/09.
Next time I called them on 9/26/09 at 10am on hold over an hour. called back later on hold over 40 min. When I finally spoke to someone the rep said they will not refund my money berceuse of their terms and what it states. I told her I never received the product and she didn't seem to care.
After that no result conversation I called yet again on the 27th and I explained to them again I did not received the product and had no chance to view it and same thing only this person offered 20 dollars. And to give me a password and user name. I asked her um how can I use that when I do not have the E mail you claim the company sent? She offered to give me the site. I said no. You need to give me my money back because I had no chance to view it before the 5 days and I believe your company did that on purpose so they can take my money and hide behind their ludicrous terms. No results.

Called yet again today the 28 and this rep told me the same thing and offered 20 dollars. I told her my card was closed by the back because of your fraud. She to said she'd give me a pass word yadda yadda and I again told her, how am I going to use that when I do not have the product? She said you can go to the site. What site? You never sent me anything and I flat out told her this is your way of keeping my money. No I do not want it becuase you scamed me by not giving me the product in which I would have had a chance to view it and decide if I want it or not in 5 days.

If this happened to anyone else, go to BBB.org. Look up their company and you'll see they have a C- as well as the same complaint. file a complaint with the BBB.

my credit card was used to buy the google kit from this site by an unauthorized user and when i discoveredthe transaction on line immediately started calling the telephone provided to cancel this tranaction. i stayed on teh phone for 25 minutes three times hearing a voice saying "I cant hear you. Howdo i stop this from being chaged to my cc. Please help

I ordered a Google Kit, and now I have been charged over $200 for phoney, non-existent products. No one takes responsibility, and your Visa does not want to deal with it, because they are the ultimate payors when this scam succeeds, if they honour their commitment to refund unknown charges. I am NEVER going to order online again!

I saw an ad about Google online jobs, it said you can make money online. So I went ahead and ordered the KIT but I have not got it I paid for it so I don't see why I wouldn't receive the kit.

I am writing this as $53.14 has been debited from my visa acc without my permission i dont even know what this for. i have reported it to my bank and they are looking into this also can u please contact me asap to sort this out. I did purchase a google kit for just over $2.00 and all it was was an email. Hope to hear from u soon. Natalie
