I got an ad for google money. I signed up for a $1 with a promo code. My confirmation said that it was a 24 hr membership. So I thought big deal I got scammed out of a $1. Well then 2 days later they charged me $79.86. I called the number on my bank statement I spoke to the rudest customer service, if you can call him that, agent ever. They cancelled my subscription but refused to give me the money back after only 2 days because their terms and conditions state they can take the money after 24 hrs and each month afterwards. The terms and conditions are not visible and are hidden on the sign up form. The box "I have read the terms and conditions" is pre checked so most people wouldn't even notice it. . I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied several times. He eventually hung up on me after I said I would stay on the line till he disconnected it. I called back the next rep was eager to get me to a supervisor to lodge my complaint but I made the mistake of mentioning the refund and then she said she could no longer transfer me. They were not alowed to send money complaint calls to management. How crazy is that? I just gave up and called my bank to dispute it. They said it could take several days to get a response so we'll see how it goes. If that doesn't work I'll go to the news station. What a fradulent company. I wonder if Google knows they are being represented this way.

I was very stupid and didn't read the terms and conditions so they took from my account $84.84 for a membership they claimed will cost only $1.97. I took responsability for that but when I called them back to cancel, they said the would give me a $20.00 refund if I kept their membership for 25 days risk free of charge, 19 days later they were charging another $54.54 to my account and I never received the $20.00 refund they promised. When I called back to complain about the $54.54 charge, they claimed it was because i received a $20.00 refund so I told them I never got that refund and of course they didn't have an anwser for that...then I told them what about the 25 day free of charge trial, they also could not give me a valid anwser. They are thieves, took the last of my money and I even had to fees to my bank : (

HELLO I HAVE BEEN WATING ON MY GOOGLE MONEY KIT FOR ABOUT THREE WEEKS KNOW AND I HAVE NOT SEEN THE FEDX TRUCK YET.. I DID GET AN PHONE CALL FROM SOMEONE STATED THAT THEY WHERE FROM GOOGLE BUT THEY SAID THAT MY PRODUCT GOT LOST AND THEY WELL BE SENDING A NEW ONE AND IT HAS NOT CAME. THE NUMBER THAT THEY CALL ME FROM WAS 843-408-4809. AND THEY BUSINESS HOURS ARE FROM 8-8PM .GOOGLE IS TAKIN MONEY OFF MY CARD AND I HAAVE NOT GOT ONE KIT.

I"m writting this complaint about this companys practices and missleading advertizing. On January30/2007 I ordered what was called google profits kit $1.99(2.38). Now here everything is ok they chagred my card for that price with exchange. At this point is where every thing goes a stray, I recieved my statement for which I am now being charged $41.35 plus $51.47 for what I do not know. Now here is where it really screws up I'm being billed from a company that is a online drug store? Now this companyMarquilife8774620055 steps into the picture I have know idea who they were so I tried to email both companys. Both emails were returned email dose not exist, at this point I call the numbers that were given to me as contact information. The two company's emillionarire.com 800-309-6980 and 877-462-0055 for this marquilife company. Now here is my question if Google has such a good reputation why can they not keep an eye out for this kind of practices. Its bad enought that I get spam in my mail box that should be stopped now I have to put up with this kind of fraudulent company's that bear googles name on it. It's time for Google to get off it's butt and get rid of these kinds of online business that make it hard for the rest of us who do legal business online. So unless Google is going to return my money for allowing these kinds of busniess's to flourish unchecked on there search engine. Then we all should get the same kind of service for doing business this way.
