Same thing happened to me. 1 dollar then after i had called the number they said to and cancelled i was charged 29 dollars. When i called 866-341-0767 i spoke with a lady and when i told her i cancelled and was charged anyway she informed me that my account was still active. Then she tried to tell me i was going to have to pay that money then i told her i was not going to pay that money and i needed to be reimbursed immediately and she finally said ok the money will be put back into my account. So wether it is a problem at the cancellation place or they are just trying to be tricky just call this number be a little aggressive and you will be reimbursed. Hope this helps

I ordered the google success kit and paid the $1, then was charged an extra $29.95 and that amount was not authorized.

I was charged twice for Google success kit@ 11.95 each without my authorization. I want the charges credited immediately.

my debit card was charged $29.95 with out telling me about it. and I want it removed now.

THEY OFFER YOU A FREE OPPORTUNITY WITH ON A DOLLAR INVESTMENT, AFTER SIGNING UP I LOOK FURTHER INTO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, RANGING FROM STRAIGHT UP RIP-OFFS, TO PLANE TICKETS BEING USED IN THIER NAMES. I IMMEDIATLY CONTACTED THE COMPANY (GOOGLE) BACK, AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE UNAVAILABLE. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM, AS I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS WHOLE SCAM. I WOULD LIKE MY REFUND AND ALSO THE PIECE OF MIND THAT MY CARD WILL NOT BE USED FRAUDUATLY.
