[1] freely delivers known fraudulent mail that uses Google addresses
[2] fraudulent unduplicated user accounts - manipulates count by encouraging users to create phony accounts with different names.
[3] Participates in address hijacking and distributes addresses to bulk mailers
[4] distributes individual account passwords; makes passwords easily accessible, allowing scammers access to private mail and creative content collected by Blogger
[5] claims ownership of any and all content entered on Google sites, including creative, manuscripts...
[6] uses Intelius to intimidate those who complain
[7] monopolizes start-up on Windows XP by requiring users to sign in to Google accounts
[8] collaborates with Microsoft to sabotage operating systems of users who refuse to sign in to Google on start-up or desktop screen; same with Google desktop toolbar.
[9] in violation of anti-trust and monopoly laws - you cannot sever ties with Google and maintain accounts with Yahoo, Hotmail, Windows Live, AOL

This is a complete scam! They tell you that it will only cost you $1.97 to purchase the Google Fortune Kit and you should receive the kit within 5-10 business days. This kit will teach you how to earn several thousand a week working from home on the internet for Google. First of all, I never got the Google Fortune Kit. Second, when I called them back to complain, they said they could not give me my money back even though, it was passed the 10 business days and I hadn't received anything from them. However as a courtesy, they said they would send it to me again but only if I subscribed to the optional services monthly which they had already taken the liberty to charge to my credit card, an additional $69.97. They had me cornered. This is wrong on so many levels. According to them, I had the option to cancel these optional services before the 14 days expires which started the day I order the google fortune kit. However if I did cancel (which I did) then They would NOT be able to send me the Google Fortune Kit afterall even though, I already paid for it by giving them the cost of the kit $1.97. Here are their exact words "We don't have the capability of refunding you the $1.97 for the Google Kit, we are so sorry". Must I remind everyone again, this is the Mysterious Google Kit that I never received from them in the first place. This is scam to get you to commit to other costly monthly gadgets you don't need. Even though they said they'd refund me the $69.97 which I have yet to see, I have figured they are still making a killing collecting $1.97 from every person that falls a victim to their deception. Just think about it? If you collected $1.97 from every person that lives in your state alone, how much money would you have right now? They are doing this nationwide in the U.S. MY POINT EXACTLY!

Hi, For over a month now I wanted to contact Google.com. I have few numbers for them. When I try two things happen a busy signal or no one answers. This is not helpful. It is still not to late hopefully google can improve.

I have had a problem with a terrible spam review listed on
my Google Maps listing since 2006. Through Google's on line form I have
submitted numerous complaints trying to have the review removed. I
contacted the website that the review was originally posted through and
it was removed from there site the next day. Unfortunately, the dead
link and part of the review are still listed on Google. When I tried to
contact Google by phone I was told the issue had to be resolved on line
and that her job as "main line operator" did not offer phone support.
When I asked if she could transfer me to someone that might be able to
offer phone support she said very rudely "that Google does not offer
phone support and that there was no one else to speak to" then she hung
up.

My call to Google was a complete waste of
time. No help with the bad review. No help with any online support. The
operator had a terrible attitude and was very rude. This may have been
one of the worst customer service calls I have ever experienced.

I sent Google debit card information which came back showing my card was expired. I then considered the transacion denied and closed. On the 17th of July, 2009 an amount of 72.71 from mykeywordsnow.com was deducted from my checking account. I have not received any information from Google since. I request reimbursement of 72.71 immediately and any further deductions stopped, and if gone through reimbursed also.
