No receipt of goods and money withdrawn from my account

I submitted my details for the so-called Google Payday. I was promised my kit would be posted to me straight away for which I would receive within 10 days (of course I didnt receive it at all). So I thought that would be the end of it but when I looked at my bank account they had withdrawn about $95. Please get intouch and let me know where I stand with what I believe is a scam. How do people get away with using a multi-national company name like Google for a scam. If there is a legitimate working from home business like what is offered I would be interested in finding out about it.

EXTRA CHARGES IN THE 100's, NO PRODUCT RECEIVED, DISTRIBUTION OF EMAIL

GOOGLE PAYDAY IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH GOOGLE.

Search Google Payday at Google. Many people are receiving unauthorized charges in the 100's after ordering their 1.95 CD for working at Home. THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND. Do not sign up to work from home with this company or Adsense.

THEIR AD often reads "CHRISTIAN MOM MAKES $5000 FROM HOME" We have CONTACTED THE NATIONAL BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I repeat do not order this 1.95 CD - you will be given $100 in charges by many other pseudo companies on your credit statements. UNBELIEVABLE! what a crook.
We have asked every website we have seen their ads on to remove them for their unscrupulous practices.

I am very upset and plan to followup by finding out out what Governmental Departments at State and Federal Level can be contacted to stop this charges and this company.
