I purchase the Google Profit House on-line work at home kit for $1.97 on the internet on August 17, 2009. The charge appeared on my account for the correct amount.
On August 19, there was a charge to my account for $1.00 and ATM Fee of $.01.
On August 24, there was a charge to my account for $84.84 and ATM Fee of $.84.
All of the above charges were issued by XM Health and Beauty. This is not a company that I have ever done business with. The charges are fraudulent.
After spending a lot of time on hold with their listed phone number on the internet (also listed on my bank statement), never talking to anyone, getting hung up on, I decided to call my bank to ask for their help.
After some research I see that I am not the only one with this problem. I would like to escalate the complaint to the state attorney general's office, the BBB and maybe even the FBI since it involves inter-state and debit card fraud.
Can you help me?
