Sighned up for the kit, a man called and talked to me explained stuff this is after the small charge to my account, I told him to cancel it after he told me they would be making a monthly charge to my account. He said ok gave me a confirmation number which I can't find now, its been awhile, he said I will be getting something about the kit and now my account has been charged $99.00 + $25.00 for overdraft fee from my bank and I have not received a thing from google as yet. Called them and they can't refund the money so I guess I paid for a chance to talk to someone on the phone that I cannot understand and He said his supervisor was not available to talk to me. I don't mind paying for something that I ordered but when it is cancelled you don't expect to be charged and not get anything and you nor your husband are working, haven't for three and ahalf months why would I spend that kind of money. I know how it feels to be raked over the coals. I don't know why I can't get our money refunded including the overdraft fee.
