On April 9, 2009, I came upon an ad for the Google Profit Kit which cost $1.97. Fortunately, I paid for this program through my Paypal account. After I completed my purchase, the only thing I received was a receipt that showed the details of my transaction, but no company name, product name, or terms and/or conditions. The only thing in the receipt was https://www.securecartcenter.com, etc. Below the receipt portion was "The trademark in this image are owned by their respective owners who do not endorse this product." There wasn't even an image on the receipt I received. On April 13, the $1.97 charge appeared in my Paypal account and the details that was provided to Paypal only showed a partial telephone number (866957), and I hadn't received any product and was unable to contact the company, so I disputed it and Paypal provided a refund. I thought that was it, but NO, on April 19 I was charged $72.21. Again, I had to contact Paypal and ask them for assistance. A couple days later, they were able to provide me with a complete phone number and I was able to call the company (during normal business hours), and their customer service began to argue with me regarding the fact that they always provide the terms and conditions at the time of the purchase, but she couldn't argue the point that I never received the product. If I hadn't order this through Paypal, I believe I really would have been screwed. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE FORCED OUT OF BUSINESS -- IT'S ONLY A SCAM!!!
