I authorized Google Profits to deduct $1.97 for shipping of their cd as advertised during a special offer. I did not authorized an additional charge of $99.00 on June 1, 2009. I am a senior citizen and I do not have money to waste. Google is always advertising their work at home plan and how you can make extra money, too bad the one time I participate because of the free cd offer it turns out to be fraud. The telephone number that my bank has to contact Google did not work and the number on the cd case does not work. How does a senior citizen get their money back. Google Profits profits from ripping off little old ladies!

After receiving numerous emails from GoogleProfits, I sent them $2.95 for a "free" CD explaining how I could make money from home. I viewed the CD and disregarded it with no interest. Several months later, I was charged $47.50 on my debit card. Ninteen days later, I was charged another $99.00. What a surprise to find out that the only response given from the 800 number is a busy signal. There must be some way to put these criminals out of business.

I requested the information CD and was charged $1.97 out of my bank account on 04/27/09. I haven't used the CD and would like to return it along with having the other two charges credited back to my banking account. I did not sign up for the program, only to review the CD, however after the first charge was taken from my account on 05/07/06 in the amount of $47.50 made payable to Google Riches USA I decided not to even review the CD. There was also a charge of $99.00 posted to my account on 05/26/09. That brings the total to be credited back to my account $148.47. This needs to be taken care of immediately as I am reporting you to the Better Business Bureau.
I look forward to your immediate credit to my account. Also, I tried to contact you by phone several times and all I got was a busy signal.

I went on line to with interest in looking into this company as a part
time working at home on computer business. They wanted $2.95
for shipping of the cd just for viewing to see if maybe this would be
something I might be interested in. I immeditely started recieving
emails from people about starting on line with them. I never received the cd only a phone call from a rep and when I informed him I was
no longer interested he became rather rude stating he would simply
take me off the list. I thought this was the end, I kept receiving emails
from these peope which I just deleted. I did receive the cd 3 weeks later
the same day I found out they had charged my credit card with $98.00 When I called to complain they said sorry the temporay time
has lapsed when can do nothing about the refund. What a scam these people are taking hard earn money from people who are trying so hard to make ends meet these days.

Ordered CD. Paid Shipping. Since then I have had over $200 in unauthorized charges. I tried to cancel upon the first unauthorized charge showing up and to no avail. [email protected]. The banks should sue for the trouble of reversing charges, investigating these fraudulent charges and the administrative time required.
