You have not responded to any of these tickets. In stead, you have kept sending automated messages informing me that somebody at the help desk will attend to my request shortly. Since the expiry date of the guarantee is today (31 August 2010), I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO TAKE STEPS AGAINST THE OWNER OF THE PROGRAM FOR NOT HONOURING AN UNDERTAKING TO PAY BACK THE CUSTOMER'S MONEY AFTER 60 DAYS IF HE IS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT.
