I have a one year old son and barely survive as it. I came across the google success kit site in hopes of being able to make some extra money. I was told my card would be charged $1.00 and ended up getting charged $82.76 for which they will not reimburse me for even though I found the charge 3 days later and called. I spoke with 2 representatives stating that past charges are non-refundable, however they would cancel my account. All I was doing was requesting information, received nothing and was charged $82.76 that put my account in the negative with a baby to support. I want my money back. Thanks google...

I was too scammed by the google sucess kit. After I paid the dollar something for the "kit" about 7 days later I was slammed with a charge of $67.00 on my card. which caused my accounts to mess up!!

I called and nicely asked for a refund. Some guy named Leo was VERY rude for no reason. These are his exact words "There is no point in this conversation, so we might as well just go our separate ways" and hung up??? Okay thats great customer service

I had other charges on my card for network agenda and some other people. Even after I cancelled I still got slammed with another charge.

I just called my bank and cancelled and re ordered a card. I HIGHLY recommend you all do the same so that you never have to worry about that again

Its a shame what some people are doing to make money. Its ridiculous that I had to cancel my card just to get them to stop taking my HARD EARNED money. I hope this helps!!

Hello i have recieved a bill for $10.30 on my credit card i have no idea what it is on my credit card reciept it only comes up as www.fedgrantusa com. can u please help me as i have reported it to my credit card and they are also trying to look into it for me. my email address is [email protected] look forward to hearing from u as i really want to sort this out. i paid the initial $1, 00 (£2.12) for the shipping and handling of the kit and never recieved the kit and then on the 13th june 2009 $69, 90 was taken from my account without my permission! i am a single parent with 2 very young children and this money is very important and nessacary to me! I would like to no how to reclaim my money back! I will be taking this matter further if it is not resolved as quickly as possible...this site is nothing but a scam...
