Hi there, I chose to download the $1 Google Success Kit information kit. I received nothing in return.

I now find I have been charged at total of $141.28 ($AUS) in four transactions (6 Jan, 13 Jan, 13 Feb, 15 March) for an imaginary Google Success Kit which I have not received. I only authorised for the initial $1 to be deducted frommy account and nothing further. given that i am being charged and not being provided with a serive or product, this is theft. I have had to cancel my credit card in order to prevent further theft.

This is credit card fraud and theft, and I would like it to be addressed immediately and my money returned to me. It is an obvious scam that seems to be affecting a large amount of people. why can this company not be shut down immediately?

How do I stop this transaction?

I started to sign up for the Goggle Success kit and had second thoughts about using my credit card online, so I did not complete the process. I did, however, enter my phone #. These people call me up to 3 times a day trying to pressure me into giving them my credit card #. I found this suspicious and found this site on a search. I can tell you that the call center is located in India or Pakistan. Can you tell me how to get them to stop calling?

I have ordered the google product in January supposedly for $1. They implied that it would be sent to me as if by Postal Service, since I was told 3-5 business days. Who gives out that information if you are going to receive it by E-MAIL?????? I was charged for 29.95 on my account which I got removed when I called them to inquire about my delivery of the goods. That means I was charged before I even knew I was getting a refund. I told them just in case they decide to charge me, I haven't gotten anything in the mail. i was assured that i would receive no charge and they'd cancel the program. I got my CC statement this month and saw the charges refunded on 1/27.

To my surprise and dismay, I saw charges for February and March (when i checked my bill online to make a payment to my cc company) for 9.95 -IDENTITY SECURITY AND 4.95- FRAUD PROTECTION. There are also 1.00 charges underneath each for a transaction fee. My credit card company transferred me to them, that's how I got a representative. Thank God I read another complaint on this site that stated to threaten them with a complaint to the Better Business Bureau! It was like pulling teeth to get a refund. First they told me, we can stop the charges starting from today forward. I said No, i want all charges removed, second time around i was told "i can take a way one mont and one charge" I said No I want a full refund because I didn't sign up for this! They said "I'll see what I can do" I told them, give me your supervisor or maybe the BBB can help me, they immediately said, "I may be able to get that removed and customer satisfaction is our goal, blah, blah, blah" Then finally she removed it and gave me her name and ID #. Now this was only for Identity Security, I went through the same Triathlon with the Fraud Protection Dept. I believe their goal is to at least squeeze one month out of you and then if threatened they'll refund the whole amount. It wa terrible, but they said I should receive a refund in 5-10 days so we'll see.
This must be an everyday business for them because when u call the 1-800-712-7226, They have an option for refunds from Google success, Fraud protection and Identity Security amongst a host of others!! I was apalled and I didn't hear them say i'd get my $1.00 refund on each transaction fee, so they made 4 bucks off of me total. a one dollar chaarge for all 4 transaction fees.
I told them it's very misleading to try and gain business this way.
