I sent away for a 'Google Success Kit' and understood that I was paying 2 USD for the service. I have since had $29.95 taken from my credit card, and unauthorised monthly subscription charge of $9.95 to 'Identity Security' has also been set up. My credit card company is aware that this is a scam but won't stop the payments as I 'agreed to pay a monthly subscription'!!!

I would like these payments stopped, and my money reimbursed as soon as possible.

you people need to quit scamming others. i signed up for this thing for $1 and now im getting charged 29.95 each month. i want you to refund me my money and do not attempt to take it anymore. i have not recieved the starter kit you promised and im fed up with your service.

they charged $ 29 instead of $1 like they offered and never got anything

My husband ordered this product in December 2008. He was under the impression that he would receive a kit in the mail consisting of a disk and a booklet. He authorised a one off charge of $1 for this.

However, as of today 3/11/2009, he has not received the kit, however a total of $95 has been taken out of our account.

Currently I am going through all the hassle of cancelling the product and getting the money back. So far I have had $4.95 debited back into the account from someing called 'Fraud Protection'.

My main cancerns about this *Company* is that there seems to be a consistent pattern of people expecting to receive a kit in the mail, but nothing turning up. When you call the company, you are told that either 'The disks are on back order' or 'We are no longer sending disks out'. That, in my view, is deceptive, if not fraudulant, business practices.

They do offer you the alternative of downloading the stuff from their various websites, but with a shonky company like this, I think that would be something that most people would not be willing to do.

It's also very hard to find a number or website, for this company, that actually works, or has not disappeared since the last time you called them.

There also seems to be a pattern of operators refusing to give the physical address of the company. However, according to the Better Business Bureau, their physical address is..

I would suggest that people file complaints about this company with the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, FBI, their local State Attorney General and their local law enforcement.

I authorized an amount of $1 to be charged to my credit card for a product that I have never received!!! Now you have unlawfully charged on feb 09 38.47, a transaction fee of 1.26, fraud fee of 6.35 indentity security fee of 12.71, transaction fee of 1.2 and another google success fee of 39.56 on March 9th...Reverse these fees immediatly and cancel any other fees you plan on charging my card or I will file a complaint against your bogus compnay!!!
