UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
I too, got sucked into the GOOGLE SUCCESS KIT crap and instead of being billed $1.00, they billed $52.77!!! I have asked my credit card company to dispute this charge AND reverse the amount AND NOT to authorize any more charges from these guys. Hope that workS!

unauthorized withdrawal
I agreed to have $1 charged to my Visa to purchase this kit from Google. They have charged $29.95 without my authorization and I demand that that money be returned immediately. This is a scam and I no longer trust what they are doing. Furthermore, the kit was never delivered to me. I was ripped off by Google and warn all others to not fall into this scam.

Resolved...Hopefully...
Hopefully, resolved my situation today with Google Success Kit when the $39.95 posted to my credit card. Went up $10. They're gouging folks that are trying to make ends meet in this recession! The merchant info said "Misc Food Stores / Speciality & Convenience Store" (?) I called 888-541-0915 and got a Gladys on the phone-told her to cancel my account and refund the $39.95 because I was still waiting on the kit that I ordered 2/23 and never got. I also asked $1.00 be refunded as well; however, Gladys said it was non-refundable. Didn't want a supervisor, I asked for the owner's name/address of the company. She said the name of the company was (LOL) “earn cash fast with google.com. It's an online company.” Is she stupid? No one lives in cyberspace...well, maybe Gladys does. She wouldn't give me the info. I asked where she was located-she said in a call center. Yeah, she's stupid. Think her headset was too tight! I let the $1 thing ride for the moment, knew I would end up getting it back. Soon got an email with cancellation/refund confirmation. Went back to website & found URLs of the web pages that said the $1.00 WAS FULLY REFUNDABLE & called back - got a Annie this time. Told her never got kit & was getting refund & wanted my $1.00 back as well. She wasn't aware it was refundable either and told me there was a submit button on the site to download the software. I told her it was a KIT in a BOX that was to be shipped to me. THANK GOD IT WAS NOT SOFTWARE TO DOWNLOAD. I WOULDN'T HAVE CLICKED ON THAT SUBMIT BUTTON FOR ANYTHING! I was at the web site and gave her the URL and read to her verbatum what it said in two places about the $1.00 being FULLY REFUNDABLE. She gladly said she was refunding my $1.00 & I got a confirmation email for the $1.00 as well. (Now I just hope the credits show up on my credit card bill next month!) I had a reminder on my calendar today to cancel the Fraud Protection and Identity Theft cuz I KNEW I didn't want it. Fortunately, I DID read all the fine print! Called these two numbers to cancel, but you only need to call one because the same person answers both lines: 800-712-7226 OR 877-205-7023.

I sent an email to: [email protected] telling them about all the complaints I read from people that never rec'd the product; therefore, SCAMMED. Brought their attention to the fact they need a proofreader to catch all the misspellings, questionable grammar and made fun of...this is so funny...where it has testimonials from people (that they PAID $500 for saying how rich they got) reads: "Results not typical. Individuals has been remunerated." Who in the hell uses the word remunerated, especially when it follows the statement "Individuals has been..." Asked in the email did their web developer (probably named Bubba) work out of his garage? And their business practices were unethical; misleading people, downright dishonest, and agreed with them that, using a quote from their site, "there ARE a lot of bloodsucking mongrels out there"...

Hope this helps...I'll never fall for one of these scams. My 1st and last time!

Resolve your frustrations
We also fell into the trap of the $1.00 success kit and we repeatedly charged $11.95 here and there. I was always unable to reach anyone on the phone number that showed on my card statement. This time surprisingly I was able to connect with someone and cancel the subscription that they scammed us into. Hopefully it works. Anyone who has this problem...call this number 888-541-0915

overcharged
I signed up for a one dollar trail of google success kit and have had two charges to my credit card. $47.50 on the 22-01-09. then $48.11 on the 24-02-09. I would appreciate it if i could be reimbursed for these overcharges.

Unauthorized charges to my account
I only authorized a one time fee of $1 for the Google Success Kit. I never received anything for it. Then I noticed on my statement that I was charged $11.95 in December, again in January and again in February.
I have contacted my bank to block these charges as they are fraud. How can I get google to stop adding these charges?
