Unauthorized payments
I did not authorized payments from my checking account. There is a $11.95 charge to my checking account inwhich I did not authorized and would like it put back into mu account and future paymants removed from your company.. I ordered a kit for $1.00 and never received it. Please replaced the recent amount of 11.95 into my account or i will take futhur action.

Unauthorized charges
To all those who are wondering how to receive their money back from the Google Cash/Identity Security/Fraud Protection please read on...
First, call the number coming up on your statement as Google Success Kit. Threaten them by saying that if you are not refunded you will be going to the FBI and Internet Crimes. They will offer you 1 lot of refund. Remind them that if you do not get all your money back you will be getting the FBI to do an official investigation. They will refund you all of it.
For the other 2, say the same thing, but instead of calling you can do a live chat. The sites are:

Just say the same thing about the FBI/Interent Crimes etc...

been charge for nothing
I've been getting charged for somthing called the google success kit and I have never recieved anything for it it was suppose to be a $1.00 charge and not I'm getting charged $38.99 a month plus and additional $12 and change and $6 and change for fraud protection and identity theft protection even when I never signed up for it what is going on here and its hard to get into contact for find out what this product is all about or to get them to stop charging me for it.!!

i am charged 29.95 pounds by google without my permission and i was told i will charged only 1 dollar shipping cost...i need this money back into my credit card and there is nothing in terms and conditions about charges on later time even...its totally misleading to customers and i am sure lot of customers have taken this service...this is totally rediculous from google co. IF THIS IS SCAM WHY GOOGLE IS STILL ADVETISING THIS SERVICE????

unauthorised withdrawel of funds
I was sucked in through an ad on facebook which led me to this goolgle success kit. I agreed to pay $1 dollar for a trial and didnt think anything of it at first as i thought its just a buck im losing and big deal if its a scam... Only to find a month later this same bunch of mother fuckers have taken out a further $48.06!! I was never notified of this nor did i authorise it! Plus i aint received jack shit in the mail! Scamin bastards cant believe it!

i have been getting charged $30.19 multipual times for a propduct i chose to do a trial for but never recieved the product or choseto get the full thingand i would like my money back

A big HUGE thank you to "janedoeinoregon" for the instructions on how to get this canceled. I did exactly what you said & got everything canceled. They weren't going to refund the $39.95 until I asked for the corporate # & address. Don't let them talk you out of anything, persist & you'll get your money back. Of course I just did this today, so I'll be checking my account over the next 5-10 days looking for that refund. But at least I know I won't get any more charges. What a scam! I'm a stay-at-home mom just trying to do what I can to bring money in & these people are total crooks!

Unwanted Charge
I have purchased google success kit for $1 but didn't know I will be charged $11.95 every month unless I cancel.
They also enrolled me to fraud protection service and identity security service that automatically take $9.95 & $4.95 from my checking account.
I've called to cancel and request refund, but they wouldn't refund.

This Illegal, Scam, & UnAuthorized Charges against Credit Cards need to be corrected by Google & prevented from operating on the WEB in the future ASAP!!!
