I have recently been charged for a 'Google Success Kit' which i have never heard of before. Not only have i not ever signed up for this kit, but i have never even seen it advertised. I have had my bank account debited on several occasions over a few months. The total has been over $100 Australian Dollars. This is completely rediculous, and i demand a refund of all moneys taken from my accound immediately! This total includes a "Anit-Fraud Protection Fee"...this is a bit ironic, since you are the company that is frauding me!!!


I demand that this issue is resolved promptly, or i shall contact the relevant authorities

Hi: I saw an add on the computer called google success kit. How to make money on your computer.
The add said that it was free for the next 48hrs and a ll I had to pay was $1 for postage and handling.
That was in early January. I have not recieved anything from them.

On two occasions my account has been direct debited. Without my permission.
29th Jan $46.37
2nd March $48.06

Could you please help me. I have no contact no to ring or no address.
I now know it is a scam, how can I stop them getting into my account, and how can I get my money back.

I had a charge of $1.00 and a charge of $29.95 on my credit card for a Google Success Kit that I never ordered, and didn't recieve receipt that I had been charged anything so I know I never ordered it. But how did they get my credit card number?

I also authorized one dollar and the following month an unauthorized charge came out. Who do I contact to get this reversed. Or is it just a big scam.

I signed for a 7 day trial period for a cost of $1.50. i never received the trial Kit and now upon receiving my bank statement I note that a total of $71.65 has been deducted from my account

I demand full reimbursement for these charges and further suggest that web sites who can control the advertisisng that is placed on their sites - ban this company from using their space to scam users.
