First of all:

I was charged 1 dollar for the free trial for 7 days, told that I would be receiving my Google Success Kit in the mail with the next 5 to 7 business days and it has been almost a month to date. I am now getting charged 29.95 on my credit card for the package and the membership to this product and still have nothing to show for it. I would like to have all charges returned back to my account immediatley and I am persuing legal advise because of the lack of responsiblities and fraud factor that is coming from this well know search engine.. I am very disgusted and would like to be contacted by someone from Google explaining to me why I shouldn't proceed in legal matters. This is very unexceptable and I'm sure that I won't be the last they hear from about this.

I authorised $1 to be debited from my credit card for the google success kit..i never received any success kit and the company keeps debiting money from my credit card. I'm not sure what to do or how to get my money back...and considering how many other people have been frauded..why hasn't google or the police done something about it???

for two months $29.95 has been debited from my checking account which was never authorized by me . THIS NEEDS TO BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY!! It is obvious they are scaming alot of people based on the complaints on this site.

About 2 weeks ago i purchased a google success kit from the website for $1.00, with my credit card. It went thru for $1.56 on my statement which was no worries, but a few days later they took an unauthorised transaction for $47.00. I sent a complaint trying to contact to speak to someone but nothing, i never even recieved the kit at all! Then again today there is another un authorised transaction pending on my statement, one for the amount of$7.88 and another seperate one for the amount of $1.56. What the hell is going on??? I've recieved and heard nothing, ever since i first entered my credit card details, never got nothing but you continue to take money out of my account. I'm a single mum struggling in theses hard times and because google say they are so big we can't do anything about it? I seriously demand my money back every single cent, whicch comes to a total of $57.05. I honestly don't think this is fair and i will not sit back and allow it to keep happening every week.I wrk hard for my money and a company as big as google takes advantage of struggling familys taking un authorised transactions from their accounts, somethings definatly wrong. Its classed as robbery and fraud because i never even recieved the success kit after the first authorised transaction for $1.00. And because the receipt e mail goes into the junk box it deletes automatically after 1 week! I demand my money back!

i autourized a 1.00$ charge to my mastercard. and was billed twice for 39.10$ this is rediculous..i want answers and most of all my money back.. plz get ahold of me.. why is this happening.. why are ppl allowed to take money from me without my credit card security number..bull... thx
