I, like many sent off for the Google Success Kit for $1 and was subsequently charged $29.95 without giving permission. I went on-line and found a lot more complaints about people being charged for services they did not request and found it difficult to find a way to contact the company. I successfully found two phone numbers and spoke to someone on each one. The 2nd number pulled up another account that was not authorized either and cancelled them both for me. The 1st is just for the google kit. I hope this helps alot of people. Unfortunately I could not get a refund but I did receive a cacellation e-mail and number. Good luck.

I was to receive a kit for 1.00 shipping received nothing. They have debited my credit card 4 times and trying to debit again now for 39.38 is pending. Time for the R.C.M.P. fraud squad.

These people scammed me to. They are piggy backing on googles name. I called 8663410767 and recieved some reimbursment but not for all I was charged for. When you do call demand to speak to a supervisor, don't back down till you get some compensation, make sure they give you a confirmation #, and tell them that you are reporting any other charges by them as fraudulent to your bank if it is more than what they offered you back. They will send an e-mail to your bulk account so watch for it. Print it or save it to a word format to make copies if needed for dispute in future. They have several websites to lure you in to the same scam. I just found one to day. It is educationclicks.net. Don't fall for it. You will be astounded as to how many people in the U.S. and abroad have been scammed; all the way to New Zealand. It is really crazy!

I wanted to just check out this product and for a $1 I thought what the heck. But then, I was getting charged actually my girlfriend was getting charged for I dentity theft, Fraud, and the google success kit which I never received. The total charges are $75.80, this is ludicris. Identity Theft was 9.95, fraud 4.95, the kit two times for 29.95 and of course the $1. I had canceled everything a month ago and still charging her. I want every cent put back into her account and plus interest. I just called and the money I paid in already is non-refundable, which is bullsh__. He said that they can't access the account to see if its been used. But, I got my membership canceled. The number is 866-341-0767. Good Luck all, I am going to talk to my lawyer about this crap.

SOLUTION TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!if you have (like me) neen scanked by these... people, with the google success kit ive found the solution! it takes about half an hour but ive had the 'charges' from fraud protection, identity security and google success kit credited back to my account!
