Withdraw
I only authorized them to charge 1$, which they did but recently they charged me again for $30.25 and then once agai for fraud protection or something like that for 5$. I want my money back.

unauthorized charges
I am getting $11.95 charges monthly on my bank account for a Google Success Kit. I never received the kit and have no idea why they are charging me this.

Unauthorized Payment
There was an unauthorized charge to my back account, USD$29.95 (AUD$47.84) for "GoogleSuccessKit" on 16 Feb 2009. The only transaction I authorized was only for the trial version product, which was explained to be USD$1.00 on 15 Jan 2009. Moreover, neither of the products have been received up to this date.
I am demanding for the balance to be reversed back into my account.

Unauthorised transactions
I applied for the Google success kit with a one dollar trial period, paying the one dollar with my credit card at no point did I authorise any other money to be removed from my account and to date there has been a charge of 44, 72, 1.32, 7.69 and 14.98 australian dollars taken from my account this is absurd and totally illegal and I demand immediate reimbursement of this money I also did not ever receive any so called success kit and do not want to. I expect a reply from you as soon as possible and total refund of this money

Unauthorised debits
I've had numerous debits hit my credit card and I've only EVER authorised $1.00. As I note that I'm not the only person this has happened to, I wonder how a company such as Google is aloud to get away with this.

unauthorised payment
same as every one else really i applied for the £1 trial but i recieved no kit no nothing and yet this feb 9th an unauthorised amount was taken from my account.
the card is now reported as stolen and no further transactions can be made, a complaint of theft is being forwarded and the transaction is now under dispute.
this was advertised on the google home page and i beleived it to be genuine, unfortunatley it apears to be a scam.

No kit received
I have been charged $1.55 on my visa card on 23 Jan, 2009 and havent heard a word since in any way. I did not receive a success kit either????????????????
VERY PISSED OFF...
They better not charge anything else to my visa card in the future.
I'm extremely disappointed tooo.

Unauthorized Charges
First advertisement was, 1.95 for instant access. The rest of the charges were 11.95 each and I had received nothing for it. I called and spoke to a representative and she said that Guam was not included in the business and that they will refund all cost back to my account, Yet they continued deducting 11.95 from my account to this day. I am communicating with a lawyer here in Guam to sue the company.
