	Manon June 11, 2009 unauthorized charges to my account they ask for 1.00 for something you don't receive and then you have 3 charges on your credit cards every month after it cost 1.00 and then after you get bill CW-IDENTITY SECURITY 8669892683 (by the way that number is the phone number to cancel the charge) CW-GOOGLESUCCESSKIT 8663410767 (the number is the phone number to cancel the charge) CW-FRAUDPROTECTION 8669892684 (the number is the phone number to cancel the charge) when you call obtain the name of the agent and the cancellation number and then call you credit card company right away to cancel future charges. Hopefully this will help other people to cancel the charges and warn potentiel victims as well Manon
	sritoko June 10, 2009 unauthorized charges to my account 2 TIMES I had authourized USD 39.95 to be taken out for a FULLVERSION of the Google Success Kit and authourized no other money transactions at all, when I looking my credit card billing was charged : - USD 6.95 for Fraudprotection - USD 9.95 for IDsecure which is an unauthorized amount. as a consequence I must paid my credit card billing for that transactions. I am waiting until 1 month for " Full version of Google Success Kit " but I never received it. after 1 month I received my credit card billing again. And amazed me... all transaction show up again !!! - USD 39.95 for Fraudprotection - USD 6.95 for Fraudprotection - USD 9.95 for IDsecure How come ??? this is absolutely ridiculous and will not be tolerated
	anthony bouttell June 8, 2009 unauthorised charges from my account i too have been a fool to fall for this scam but it seemed so genuine. i gave less the £1 for the trail version of the is google success kit nd then got charged £28.36 the nxt week then £28.10 the nxt month. so ive had to change my debit card so no more charges have come from my account but still have not had my money back which is shocking. my bank tells me to get proof but cant because cnt find the site/company who charged me!
	Nelson H May 28, 2009 Unauthorized charges I have been getting a series of charges from Google Success kit after I questioned the charges previously and no one replied or acknowlegded charges. I would like them to stop charging. Also would like remittance of past charges.

Bautista May 25, 2009 Charges I, too, got suckered into the google successkit, which I never received, and then got charges for two succeeding months worth P1, 490.09 with additional charges of P502.04 for identify security U.S. dollar and another P241.66 for CW-FraudProtection U.S. dollar. It was my understanding the kit would be sent via postal mail and no other obligations. I would like to request cancellation of that kit so I hope that the bill will not reflected in next citibank bill. Thank you and that preferential action be effected. 	THK May 20, 2009 Scandal DO NOT even hit the button on this! As soon as you get involved with this company, you will begin seeing random charges appear on your bank statements. First its $1, then $6.95, then $39.95, and whatever else they can throw on there. Your charges on your bank statements will all begin with CW, and claim to be Theft Protection, when in fact, they steal from you. Press them long enough for a refund and they will offer half your money back, "because you didn't understand". Press even longer, and they will give you a full refund, eventually. They said it could take 2 billing cycles...we'll see. In a day when everyone is trying to find money just to make ends meet...its a shame people like this come along and rip others off. Rediculous... T.K.
	lauren334 May 17, 2009 unathorized charges Hello, I brought a google success kit and not only have i not recieved any product but I have reocurring charges. I need to be reinburst right away as these reucurring charges were not authorized and i have not recieved any product. reimbusment for $42.58 on the 17th of April $14.37 on the 8th of April $7.04 on the 7th of April $15.91 on the 9th of March $7.91 on the 9th of March Rectify this situation RIGHT AWAY and needless to say That i want to cancel whatever it is Im subscribed to. thank you.
	Dorothy Mohl May 16, 2009 non auotherized charges I signed up for $1.00 free trial. I did not receive any product but I sure got the charges on my credit card. Like $75.85 worth. Please reimburse me ASAP And I thought Google was reliable.

	Robert Miller May 12, 2009 Unauthorized charges on credit card I authorized $1.00 to be charged to my credit card for a "success kit". I did not receive the "success kit" and my credit card was charged $29.95. Also my credit card number was given by Google to an Identity Security company who charged $9.95 a month to my credit card and a fraudprotection company that charged $4.95 a month to my credit card. Who is protecting us from the fraud protection companies?
